My wife and I are in our 60s and we've bought a few cars over the decades. This is the unvarnished truth! We've never had as positive an experience in buying a car (new or used) than this experience with Mike Brown Ford (John Brown, Chris Hinton, Shawn Brenning). Positives: No pressure, showed us what they had, didn't have exactly what we wanted, found what we wanted in Ford inventory, put it on a big TV screen, reviewed the vehicle, printed out the window sticker (for us to take home), gave us their offer + trade in offer (which was excellent, by the way). We now own a 2016 Ford Flex and our buying experience was the best we've ever had in decades of buying cars. We actually enjoyed walking into the dealership. We will highly recommend Mike Brown Ford to all of our friends.
I have nothing to say about the experience that I haven't experienced anything with them trying to get more information and maybe contact with them
Have a lot of product's, Hopefully I'll never need.
Purchased a brand new Braunability van in 2011 for our daughter based upon Braun’s outstanding reputation in modified vehicles. Within the first month we experienced electrical issues, including the ramp and the EZ lock which secures the wheelchair into the van. These repairs were covered by Braun as it was still under warranty as long as repairs were done by an authorized repair shop/dealer. Problems persisted throughout the life of the warranty which was 5 years. Now, the warranty is up, the same problems persist and Braun is no longer willing to support their vehicle. All work has been provided by authorized dealers, requiring a minimum of 3 hour driving time each way, lodging and meal costs while the van is being repaired. We have taken the van to numerous authorized repair dealers whom consult Braun and work together over the phone. The repairs last for varying lengths of time, then they stop working, and a new issue pops up.
Love video
We contacted Braun customer service who stated that they will no longer cover repairs, even though they are for the same issues we have had with the van since day 1. We paid $60,000 for the van and expected many years of worry free use for our daughter; not frequent trips for repairs and the hassle of having to find alternate transportation while her van is away at a repair shop for a week or more. We have just spent over $2,000 (out of pocket) on repairs and the issues keep coming.
