We booked a trip with them and 24 hours before we were supposed to go kayaking they called and cancelled our trip because they said the river was too high and they we're not going to refund my money until I threw a big fit what they were going to do is give me half off next time we booked a trip but the thing was it expired at the end of the year and the trip that we had booked was the last day of the canoeing season so basically they were going to screw me out of about $300 I wasn't going to have it that's not how you do business. They did eventually end up refunding my money.
This was the most relaxing experience I've had in years. The staff was incredible and laid back, the price is very fair, and the trip was beautiful. It was supposed to be a 5 hour trip and only lasted 3, but elements change and that's not anyone's fault. I want to come back as many times as I can, it was a perfect experience.
