Unfriendly service department staff. Called to see recalls and "Ryan" was very unpleasant to speak too. We would have taken our repair to their business, but prefer to take it out of town.

I was visiting Winamac for a service school and realized I was going to be due for an oil change. My drive back to MA is about 900 miles and needed it done. The service guys got me in right away and much more friendly then the Chevy dealer down the road back home. They also took care of a recall that my home dealer had already tried fixing over two days but never had the class A tech required to complete the recall. Overall a great experience considering I lived on the other side of the country and just visiting.
